You can track the progress of your parcel at every step:

• Once your order is handed over to the courier, an SMS notification with your Courier Tracking Code is sent to your mobile number.
• You can also visit our Track Order page anytime and enter your Order ID and Phone Number for instant live status updates.

5. Important Guidelines for Delivery Handover

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep the following in mind:

• Keep Your Phone Reachable: The delivery rider will call your registered phone number prior to arrival. Please ensure your phone is accessible on the estimated delivery day.
• Authorized Receivers: If you are unavailable at your address during delivery hours, please inform a family member, flat guard, or office colleague to receive the parcel and make the Cash on Delivery payment on your behalf.
• Inspect Outer Package: Please check the external packaging upon delivery. If the package appears severely tampered with or physically damaged in transit, please take a photo/video and notify our hotline (01622177889) immediately while the rider is present.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: Please note that severe weather events, national holidays, courier technical delays, or political strikes (hartal) may occasionally impact standard delivery timelines. We will always notify you if any unexpected delay occurs.
