2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or communicating with our customer service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have received consent from a parent or legal guardian, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Delivery Rules.

3. User Account & Accurate Information

When placing an order or registering an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete contact and shipping details. WrapMyWish is not liable for delayed deliveries, failed handovers, or lost packages caused by inaccurate phone numbers or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Product Descriptions, Pricing & Availability

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ?) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless specifically indicated.
• Availability: We strive to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. However, in the rare event an item becomes out of stock after order placement, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative, store credit, or a prompt refund.
• Visual Accuracy: We photograph our products to depict colors, materials, and sizes as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occasionally occur due to monitor color calibration, screen brightness, or studio lighting.

5. Order Placement & Confirmation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from WrapMyWish.
• An order is confirmed upon generation of an Order ID, followed by an SMS notification or phone verification from our customer support team.
• WrapMyWish reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in instances of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify customer contact information.
• Customers may request order changes or cancellation within 2 hours of order placement before the package is handed over to our courier partners.

6. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

• Cash on Delivery: Customers selecting Cash on Delivery must pay the full invoiced amount to the courier delivery agent upon physical receipt of the package.
• Fair Shopping Policy: Placing intentional fake orders or refusing delivery without valid justification harms logistics partners and small businesses. Customers who consistently refuse genuine COD shipments may have Cash on Delivery privileges restricted for future purchases.
• Online Payments: Payments made via bKash, Nagad, or cards are processed securely through certified payment gateways.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

We deliver nationwide across all 64 districts in Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are 24?48 hours (1?3 business days) inside Dhaka Metro, and 2?4 business days outside Dhaka. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon physical handover of the parcel by the courier.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our official Return Policy. Customers have 7 days from parcel delivery to report damaged, defective, or incorrect items with photo/video proof.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the WrapMyWish website?including but not limited to the WrapMyWish brand name, logos, graphics, icons, product photography, banners, text writeups, and website designs?is the exclusive intellectual property of WrapMyWish. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial exploitation, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, WrapMyWish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, delivery delays caused by external courier partners, or natural force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through friendly mutual consultation, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
